Anti-Fraud & Abuse Statement

Effective Date: January 24, 2026

Version: 2.0 (Telemetry Specific)

1. Core Position: Protecting Infrastructure Reputation

AAU does not provide ordinary proxy services, but rather a high-reputation telemetry network specifically designed for AI compliance auditing. Our core assets are physical nodes distributed across 7 major jurisdictions worldwide and their IP reputation scores with major AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Any behavior that may cause node IPs to be 「downgraded」, 「blocked」, or 「flagged as abusive」 by target models, as well as any attempt to forge telemetry data, is defined by this platform as serious fraud.

2. Defining AAU-Specific Fraud

In addition to conventional financial fraud, the following behaviors are strictly defined as fraud and abuse specific to our business model:

2.1 Tunneling & Proxy Abuse

  • Non-Audit Traffic: It is strictly prohibited to use AAU's telemetry nodes as general-purpose VPN or proxy servers. Using our nodes to access streaming services (such as Netflix, YouTube), social media manipulation, e-commerce sniping, or any network activities not involving AI API interactions is strictly forbidden.
  • Traffic Obfuscation: It is strictly prohibited to use encrypted tunneling techniques to conceal the true request payload from AAU's traffic analysis system. Our nodes only allow traffic that conforms to HTTP/HTTPS standards and targets known AI service providers.

2.2 Telemetry Spoofing

  • Man-in-the-Middle Attack Simulation: It is strictly prohibited to use technical means to intercept real data packets returned by AAU nodes and modify timestamps, geolocation markers, or model response content to generate false compliance reports.
  • False Latency Injection: It is strictly prohibited to artificially create network congestion signals to interfere with our measurement of true node latency (Ping).

2.3 Target Model Exploitation

  • API Key Checking: It is strictly prohibited to use AAU's multi-node concurrent capabilities to conduct brute-force attacks or validity verification (Key Checking) of API Keys against target AI providers.
  • Reverse Engineering: It is strictly prohibited to use our network to scan for backend architecture vulnerabilities in target AI models.

2.4 Unauthorized Reselling

Without written authorization from AAU, it is strictly prohibited to repackage our node API and resell it to third parties as 「residential proxy」 or 「high-anonymity proxy」 services.

3. Our Risk Control System

To accurately identify the specific abusive behaviors mentioned above, AAU has deployed targeted technical monitoring measures:

  • Deep Packet Inspection (DPI): We analyze request headers (Header) and target hosts (Host) passing through nodes. The system automatically blocks all non-AI-related domain requests (for example, traffic directed to ad networks or game servers will be immediately dropped).
  • IP Reputation Telemetry: We monitor in real-time the reputation score of each node with major AI providers. If a user's use of a specific node causes that node to be banned by OpenAI or experience a surge in rate limiting, the system will automatically trace back and lock that user.
  • Request Fingerprinting: Monitoring for abnormally high-frequency requests with machine script characteristics, which are typically signs of API Key Checking or denial-of-service attacks.

4. Enforcement Process

Given the scarcity of node resources, we adopt an 「immediate circuit breaker」 mechanism for abusive behavior:

  • Automatic Blocking: Once the risk control engine detects non-audit traffic (such as streaming media access), the connection will be immediately reset (RST), and consumed traffic quotas will not be refunded.
  • Account Suspension: For serious fraudulent behavior (such as data forgery or resource reselling), accounts will be permanently banned and all API Keys will be invalidated.
  • Fund Forfeiture: Accounts banned for violating this Anti-Fraud Statement will have their remaining subscription balance and prepaid funds fully forfeited as 「infrastructure damage fees」 without refund.
  • Blacklist Sharing: We will synchronize abusers' device fingerprints and enterprise information to the 「Global Proxy & Security Alliance」 blacklist, which may prevent you from using services from other security vendors.

5. Financial Fraud

  • Enterprise Purchase Compliance: For high-value orders paid with corporate bank accounts or business credit cards, we reserve the right to require corporate account verification (KYC) to prevent misappropriation of corporate funds.
  • Chargeback Equals Termination: Any unjustified credit card chargeback (Chargeback) will be considered an attempt to obtain high-value data services for free. Once this occurs, we will permanently terminate service and report the default record to credit agencies.

Solemn Statement

AAU nodes are precision instruments prepared for auditors and researchers pursuing truth, not cover tools for gray-market network activities. Maintaining the purity of the network is maintaining the legal validity of every audit report.
